    This is a great video to demonstrate how you can protect yourself during a firefight. Why NOT have a shield? A ballistic plate might stop you from getting killed but not from getting shot up.

    It would really depend on the situation. I have used them working with the Army Military Police SRT teams.

    It would really depend on the situation though. They are too big and heavy to lug through the woods, but work great for building entries and in the Defense.
